The Integrity team was taken to task recently when the BOD at Bella Trae Champions Gate in Davenport awarded us the contract to clean, sand and seal 55,000sf of pavers throughout the community.
Daily communication with the manager, residents and crews was the pinnacle of making the job a successful one. Although a schedule and notice was put together prior to the job, the Florida rains made it extremely difficult to reach our daily goals. Little did we know the joints would require 5 tons (3 pallets) of sand as well...
Regardless of the delays, a concerted effort was made to ensure quality control was not compromised. Our ops manager, Luis Juarbe, visiting the job periodically helped give the crew a morale boost and ensured smooth production throughout the project. This also gave the manager and residents an immediate point of contact if any questions or concerns arose.
Thank you to the board at Bella Trae and Sentry Management for the opportunity to service their community!
